Week of December 7, 2009

thats good to hear from everyone. bardy went to mississippi to visit dianes parents, thats sweet. tell kiley and kelly hi for me. you need to show that picture to kiley that i took here in the netherlands.
transfers news was on sunday and my companion and i (elder bastiens) will be staying together. that means that we will be together for christmas.
the work here is going way good. a young man from ghana walked into the church here in amsterdam last week. his name is kwami and he has lived here for 3 months now. he does filming and editing for work. he became intersted in the church by hearing a speech by mitt romney about his faith. he then went on the internet and found our church. he is doing way good. he will definantly be baptized soon.
last sunday we had fast and tesimony meeting. i heard testimonies from ppl in spanish, english, dutch, and portugese. this ward is serously so awesome. so many different kinds of ppl and cultures.
thats good to hear that chad is doin good. they say that we can only email family but would i would say that we are brothers. i mean we do look alike dont we? so he comes home in the begining of may. i think my release date is may 26th? man thats just around the corner.
i love you all so much. tell grandma skanchy for the all the letters that she write me. i think mom, dad, grandma skanchy and becky sower have been the best writers while i have been on my mission, thank you.
im excited to talk to all of you on chirstmas. i love you all.
