Week of September 15th

hey hey mama
Oh MY GOSH, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE PACKAGE WTH THE PHOTOS, CANDY, PILLOW CASE AND LETTERS. that truely got me busted up.
so how are things goin? Amsterdam is doin good but it could always be doin better. oh and yes i did recieve my package and my fav scripture is Alma 56:48-47 where it talks about mothers. i love it so much cause i know i wouldnt be here if it wasent for you and dad. and yes on wednsesday i am going to the temple. o my gosh i am so excited you all have no idea. just to relax and ponder will be so nice. amsterdam is one of the busiest cities here in the mission. it takes an hour to get to and from our area and we really dont ever eat lunch which sucks but it makes things go by way fast. my comp is doin good. hes a lil burned out as he only has 6 months left and he has trained 3 other kids. but he is doin good. the ward here is so crazy. you got people from all over the world. i cant wait till i truely learn how to work with the members and drive missionary work to the ground. i feel alot of missionaries here dont really work with the members. and i just have the biggest feeling that missionary work is the best when members and missionaries work in unity. iv been brain storming alot of good ideas to use in the next couple months to work with the members. ok so with yelmer, our number one invesgitor. he is doin great. we meet with him probably 4 times a week. we have taken him to eat at 6 diferent member houses. he is truely loving the gospel. sept 27 is the day when he will go in the waters. clifton is doin good. were going back over sometime this week. were still finding ppl every day that was good to hear the hilburns name. omg i miss them so much. i miss our ward so much to. the church here is just way different then from the states. be grateful for the granite bay 2nd ward. tell everyone i say hi. especially the hilburns, abonaties, jacksons, and who else.
