Week of November 9, 2009

hey hey howell fam
thanks for the emails, i love it. i also saw my birthday cake that mom, bardy and diana made, that was awesome.
at church yesterday, we got a new bishop. his name is brother martin de jonge. he is such a great guy and he loves the missionaries which is a plus.
so mom asked how we find investigators. we are pretty busy right now teaching so we just find ppl on the trams and trains as we go from one appointment to the other. we are working alot alot alot with inactives and part member familys. that is one of thee best ways to do missionary work. we are working with alot of them right now.
i was looking back on our week this last week and figured out how many diffrent kinds of ppl we are teaching. just last week we taught ppl who were from the philipines, china, dominican republic (ya bardy will like that one), colombia, nigeria, ghana, the netherlands, and brazil. adn that was just last week. its such a awesone experience to be here and learn from all these different cultures/ppl.
one of the members here in amsterdam who i really got to know is willy. he is from dominican republic. he is thee man. maybe bardy knows him.

oh i almost forget. last tuesday night (nov 3) we were on our way home and we ran into an american member from boston. he was here for work. he asked us is we ate dinner yet. we odviously said know and he took us to thee best steak restruant in amsterdam. his name is greg stay. that steak dinner was so delicious. the lord truely answered my prayers haha. he also gave me alot of good advice for school and getting and job.
